Study shows people who express their anger may live two years longer, on average, than those who bottle up their rage.
This research suggests that it is more about healthy expression of anger where people who keep in anger and build resentment and hostility are more likely to have physiological expressions of the anger. People who are able to release the anger appropriately seem to have a better chance of being healthy...
